Roger Cobb (Steve Martin) is a guitar-playing attorney semi-engaged to the daughter of his boss at a large law firm, whose most important client is the very rich, very ill Edwina Cutwater (Lily Tomlin). Through her personal guru, Cutwater is planning a mind/body switch with a beautiful

young woman (Victoria Tennant) and needs some help reworking her will. When Cobb is assigned to the case, the transfer goes awry, and the lawyer winds up battling with Cutwater for control of his body. Martin does some of his best acting in this film and steals the movie from Tomlin, whose

character is, at best, a one-note creation. If you're a Martin fan, you'll love ALL OF ME; if you aren't, there's still enough fun in spots to make it worth your time.
