Taurog, McLeod, and Mankiewicz, all soon to become Hollywood heavyweights, working with a Sinclair Lewis story--it sounds like a promising venture, but a lightweight comedy is all the collaboration could produce. Oliver and Fazenda are friends who compete with each other through their

children, Green and Searl. The youngsters end up in the movies thanks to motherly prompting, and then both families head for London. There the kids meet a young king, and he takes off with them on a series of comic episodes. Eventually, the king returns to his subjects, and the children head for

home. The laughs are limited, but Fazenda and Oliver work well as a comic duo.
