Velez, husband Reed, and Reed's uncle Errol board an ocean liner heading for the US, and smugglers Talbot and Martin plant a glass elephant full of stolen gems on Errol. He loses the elephant, and, once in the States, the crooks scramble to recover it. This came closest to the first film.
