Garner is an American businessman in Lisbon who's mistaken for a British secret agent. The agent was on a mission to recover missing industrial diamonds and Garner is chased by Mercouri, Franciosa, and many others for the diamonds he doesn't have. This slapstick spy spoof blurs into the
other secret agent comedies that saturated the theaters in the 1960s.
