Blyth is a country lass who heads for the Big Apple in the hope of selling her uncle's song to a publisher. She intends to give the profits to the boozing uncle so he can pay off his gambling debts. There are no buyers for the song, but Blyth does make some change by posing--scantily

clad--for painter Mark Stevens. Before you can say "pin-up girl," her curvaceous body is plastered up on billboards across America. In retaliation, she plans to wed Craig Stevens, a banker's son, but Mark intervenes at the final moment. Though cliches abound, it's all handled with a light touch

that gives this some occasional charm.
