attempts to get their bag back from O'Dea, who has no idea of the switch. Once he gets wise to the contents, however, he realizes that they are neighbors in disguise and employs the help of a local cop. The title of the film reflects a side story that has cops in both the North and the South

trying to crack the case, while the daughter of the pub owner for whom O'Dea goes to work falls in love with a man from one side as her father attempts to marry her off to someone from the other side. In the end the local cop cracks the case and also wins the favors of the lovely lass.
