Wayans wrote and directed this very funny satire of the black-oriented exploitation films of the 1970s. Set in "Any Ghetto, USA," I'M GONNA GIT YOU SUCKA opens as upstanding young Army veteran Jack Spade (Wayans) returns home to avenge the death of his brother, who died because he wore too

many gold chains. Wayans vows to shut down the business of a ruthless gold-chain pusher known only as Mr. Big (Vernon). Because his experience in the armed forces is mostly bureaucratic, however, Jack seeks the help of his childhood hero, John Slade (Casey) in this endeavor. An extremely funny

movie that presents a torrent of insightful gags at breakneck pace, I'M GONNA GIT YOU SUCKA features many of the stars of the old "blaxploitation" movies, adding weight and authenticity to Wayan's film. In offering up this affectionate parody of the old movies, Wayans also turns a satiric eye on

black culture in general--but in an inoffensive, lighthearted manner.
