Very late entry into the Bowery Boys series sees Hall and Clements getting involved in the budding television industry when they're forced to go after Phillips, a bratty eight-year-old TV star, who has stolen their car. The TV executives are so impressed by the way the Bowery Boys handle the

youngster that they are given the job of being the boy's guardians. Trouble arises when Phillips' uncle and manager kidnap him for a big ransom, but Hall and Clements come to the rescue. The laughs are few and far between, and technically the film looks as if it were shot for television.
