really from a poor family and isn't much of a poet, for that matter. Nevertheless, the firm decides to publicize the upcoming suicide, but when Gothard goes up on a roof to jump he finds another man who tries to stop him. The man ends up falling from the building, and the poet is last seen running

through the streets. The title refers to the character from Greek mythology who tried to make a name for himself by destroying one of the seven wonders of the world.
