The outlandish premise and greasy title may be a little hard to swallow, but Danny Leiner's proudly moronic film embraces its boneheadedness so cheerfully that its lowbrow charms are nearly irresistible. Kal Penn and American Pie's John Cho star as a pair of New Jersey stoner roommates whose search for the titular munchies mecca ends in one misadventure after another.     The slow-burning stoner hit Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, which sparked a successful sequel, Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, is set to roll into theaters again with a third installment.Details are vague, but stars Kal Penn and John Cho are likely to return, according to an article in Variety. Also returning are Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, who wrote and directed the first two flicks.White Castle was a sleeper hit that eventually grossed $18 million domestically and $30 million in DVD sales (seems folks enjoy watching the flick from the comfort of their cushy couches).
