Sequel to ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK has Dale a rock 'n' roller who comes back to his hometown to put on a show but meets opposition from the straight-laced locals. It's not until he stages a 1920s dance and shows folks how silly they looked doing the Charleston that their resistance vanishes and Dale can be united with Hardy.
