Ryan Richmond (Nicholas Strouse) is a dreamer who pines for Lisa (Andrea Thompson), the spectacularly untalented singer who performs at his dad's rooftop lounge. But she won't give him the time of day, so Ryan turns to a computer dating service accessed through his home PC and finds out
something quite unexpected about himself. This is a reasonably entertaining, breezy (if unevenly scripted) confection whose main flaw is that its makers neglected to place its characters and situations in comic focus.
