Another good film in the CRIME DOCTOR series finds an artist from New York's Latin Quarter coming to Baxter complaining of blackouts--periods during which he cannot be held responsible for his actions. A few models are murdered, and the artist's girl friend is found strangled. Baxter goes
on the case, faces a few tough situations and finally gets to the bottom of the mystery.
