Question: The Oscar voters seem to go out of their way to nominate the "little guys." Felicity Huffman was nominated for Transamerica even if the movie made less than $3 million at the box office. Question: In your Dispatch column, you said that you enjoyed Vito's Splendor in the Grass moment on The Sopranos this week. Don't you think it was a little too reminiscent of Brokeback Mountain? Question: I've read that the Oscar-winning Crash is being adapted as a TV series. I'm excited by this because while it wasn't perfect, I liked the movie, and with its abundance of interesting characters and plotlines, it will be intriguing to see where they go with it from here.
