Sidney Sheldon writes blockbuster books that seem to have trouble translating to the screen, and this one is no exception. The novel Bloodline is a first-rate third-rate book, filled with all sorts of high intrigue, fascinating characters, and a far-fetched plot that could be swallowed if one didn't read the book in one sitting.
