Best Friends: Review
Looks like bitter enemies. Barry Levinson (director of DINER and RAIN MAN) and Valerie Curtin wrote the screenplay for this semi-autobiographical story of two collaborating writers who decide to give marriage a try. Burt Reynolds and Goldie Hawn play the "best friends" who put their friendship to the test of matrimony. Thin story collapses under the leaden star chemistry; capable supporting players can't save this dud.
