Radio personality Allen plays a flea-circus operator who discovers that he's inherited $12 million from a granduncle. He also learns that the money is missing. (Most of it is stuffed in a chair.) The movie revolves around Allen's frantic search for his inheritance. Allen meets Benny who lampoons his own stingy radio character.
