Josh Hopkins, Private Practice
This Thursday at 10 pm/ET, ABC's Private Practice returns with the penultimate episode of its second season. Will Addison act on her urges with the married Noah? As his wife endures a difficult pregnancy? Josh Hopkins shared a look at the torrid twists ahead. Plus: What does he not miss about his Swingtown days?
TVGuide.com: Call me old fashioned, but I'm not really feeling the romance here in the Addison-Noah story. So sell me on it. Should I be rooting for this illicit hook-up?
Josh Hopkins: I don't know that you should be rooting for it or not, but it makes for interesting TV. It's just such a real-life situation where someone has the very best intentions, but ...

Monica Raymund with Tim Roth
Coming up on Fox's Lie to Me (Wednesdays, 8 pm/ET), Cal and The Lightman Group not only will hack away at more half-truths and ferret out many fibs, they'll also welcome some new if familiar faces — namely, those belong to Jennifer Beals (The L Word) and Mekhi Phifer (ER). Monica Raymund, who plays Ria Torres, a relative rookie when it comes to deception detection, previews the episodes to come.
TVGuide.com: Do you feel like your own story parallels that of Ria Torres? An airport security guard is picked to work alongside the brilliant cal Lightman, whereas Monica Raymund is picked to star on a series with Tim Roth?
Monica Raymund: It absolutely is a parallel life. I had just come out of school in may 2008 when they plucked me up and put me on this show. It was the same deal with Torres — she has a very natural ability but not a lot of experience, and is kind of the rookie of the group.
TVGuide.com: Let's preview some of the episodes coming up. This week, Torres and Foster investigate a shooting tied to rival rappers....
Raymund: Yes, there is a rivalry between two rap artists and ...

Michael Weatherly (NCIS), Mary Lynn Rajskub (24) and Hayden Panettiere (Heroes)
Every week, senior editors Matt Webb Mitovich, Mickey O'Connor and Tim Molloy satisfy your need for TV scoop. Please send all questions to mega_scoop@tvguide.com.
We've been teased big happenings with NCIS' Tony and Ziva, and I'm all for that, but need I be worrying so much? — Kate
MATT: I finally got NCIS boss Shane Brennan to dish on "Tiva," and it looks like you might be left to fret all summer long. He told me, "What happens over these next episodes is an evolution of their relationship — though perhaps more extreme than you would get in your normal [workplace]. These people do carry guns!" Then, in the wake of specific events of the May 19 season-ender, he said, "It's up to the audience to decide, and they will over the summer, what might happen [next]. But everything has a life, and eventually things end." Listen very carefully to Brennan's coda here: "Now, if you think I just said that Tiva's going to end, I didn't."
I've heard that Heroes' Volume 4 ends with a major death. Any tease? — Eric
TIM: You're half-right. Of course, not everyone who dies stays dead. Except those who do. Also, look for one character to ...

In Part 2 of our video Q&A with John Noble, Fringe's magnificentally mad scientist takes on these topics:
• Has Walter and Peter's relationship evolved? Or is Peter still around out of some sense of obligation?
• Will Walter ever be truly stumped by a mystery?
• Might we ever see Walter out in the field, perhaps toting a gun?
• Is more to be made of Walter's past with Nina Sharp? (Reveals Noble, "It will be a major throughline in the next season.")
• Will we get more flashbacks to a young Walter, perhaps shedding light on his relationship to "the pattern" and/or William Bell (to be played by Star Trek's Leonard Nimoy in this season's finale)?

David James Elliott
JAG's David James Elliott has traded his buzzcut and pressed uniform for a flowing mane and a leather breastplate to star in Sci Fi's two-part movie event Knights of Bloodsteel (Sunday, April 19 and Monday, April 20, 9 pm/ET, Sci Fi). Elliott stars as freedom fighter John Serragoth in this tale about the continent of Mirabilis, where humans, goblins, elves and dwarves seek bloodsteel, an ore that imparts magical abilities to anyone who can draw it from the Earth. TVGuide.com spoke with Elliott about making the leap into the fantasy genre, training for sword-fighting scenes and talking up the idea of a JAG reunion.
TVGuide.com: Knights of Bloodsteel could not be more different from JAG. What drew you to the project?
David James Elliott: I'm a fan of the genre and I'm always looking for something my 6-year-old can watch. I thought it was right up his alley. He's always asking me to be in a movie, because he's a big movie watcher.
