Scandal's Shonda Rhimes on Season 2's Big Mystery: Who Is Quinn Perkins?

Katie Lowes

Scandal fans won't have to wait long to find out who Quinn Perkins is. In fact, Katie Lowes' character will be at the center of the big Season 2 mystery, executive producer Shonda Rhimes tells TVGuide.com.

At the end of Season 1, Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) and her associates learned that Quinn Perkins wasn't really Quinn Perkins. So, who is she? That very question will be answered in the season premiere, but the answer will also set up the larger arc of Season 2 similar to how Amanda Tanner (Liza Weil) was the driving force of Season 1.

Grey's Anatomy will have something in common with Glee next season!

The ABC medical drama, which has been set at Seattle Grace since the show's first season, will split its time between two locations in Season 9.

Eric Dane leaving Grey's Anatomy

The harrowing and tragic season finale saw the Stranded Six — Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Derek (Patrick Dempsey), Cristina (Sandra Oh), Mark (Eric Dane), Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) — crash-land in the mountains, with Lexie subsequently succumbing to her injuries. (Apparently, she might not be the only one to die since Eric Dane is also exiting the series sometime next season). Even though there seemed to be no hope on the horizon in the closing moments of the finale, the doctors will eventually get rescued since the Season 9 premiere will jump ahead two to three months, executive producer Shonda Rhimes tells TVGuide.com. But that doesn't mean we won't see what transpired in those mountains. Get the scoop from Rhimes below, including Derek's new troubles, Bailey's wedding (!) and Calzona's fate: read more

I can't believe Glee cast a love interest for Rachel! Please give us Finchel fans some hope! — Charlie
NATALIE:
Two pieces of bad news and one good one: First, executive producer Ian Brennan tells us that fans will actually like new boy Brody Weston (Dean Geyer). Second, "When we come back, Finn is a mystery; no one has heard from him," he says, noting that once Finn does return, it'll be a great season for Finn fans. And now the good news... sort of: Brennan says Rachel won't just totally forget about Finn. "Rachel has moved cities, but hasn't quite moved on, and is caught in that period between being a teenager and being an adult," he says, "So he's at the forefront of her mind, all the while the rest of her life is totally changing."

Fringe's Final Season Will Pay Off Big for Longtime Fans

Fringe

It's Fringe's last stand.

Just three days into shooting the fifth and final season, Joshua Jackson, Anna Torv, Lance Reddick and showrunner J.H. Wyman waxed poetic over the final season, which sees the series jump ahead to 2036, where the Observers have taken over the Earth and the only people able to save the world is the former Fringe Division team members we've grown to know and love over the last four seasons.

Fox at TCAs: All the latest news

The Fox sci-fi series will say farewell in a 13-episode love letter to the fans who have stuck with the series through the low ratings, the dual universes and even the move to the so-called "death slot" Fridays. Though Fringe is ending, Jackson says it's not bittersweet for him. "All shows end," he told reporters at Fox's Television Critics Association fall TV previews Monday. "I'd rather have... read more

Happy Endings Scoop: What Will Happen to the Penny-Dave-Alex Love Triangle?

Casey Wilson, Zachary Knighton, Elisha Cuthbert

It's Friends all over again — and that's a good thing.

When last we saw the Happy Endings bunch, Dave (Zachary Knighton) had shared a moment with both Penny (Casey Wilson) and Alex (Elisha Cuthbert) at their friends' wedding, which took the slow-building love triangle to the next level. Would he get back together with Alex, the runaway bride who left him at the altar? Or take a chance with longtime friend Penny, who has always been his rock? Dave and Alex's hand-holding in the closing moments of the finale was definitely an indication of what's to come next season.

True Blood's Deborah Ann Woll: Roman's Death, Lilith's Arrival Will Change Everything

Deborah Ann Woll

Ding dong! The Guardian is dead!

True Blood bid farewell to Christopher Meloni on Sunday after Russell Edgington (Denis O'Hare) turned the tables on Vampire Authority Guardian Roman, staking him in the heart and seemingly driving a nail in the coffin of the mainstreaming movement, which has seen centuries-old vampires assimilate into the human world on the HBO series.

Comic-Con: True Blood promises more wacky sex and naked Joe Manganiello!

How will Roman's death affect the war between the mainstreamers led by the supposedly devoted Authority and the ruthless Sanguinistas, who wouldn't hesitate to rip out your spine on live television and drink your blood for sport (Hello, Russell!)?

To get the scoop, TVGuide.com turned to Deborah Ann Woll, who plays teenage vamp Jessica, who says Roman's death and the arrival of original vampire Lilith will impact the rest of the season. Plus: How will Jason (Ryan Kwanten) feel towards Jessica now that he knows vampires were the cause of his parents' death? read more
