Given the events of the finale, is Gibbs' job in danger on NCIS? — Jonathan
ADAM: The murder of Pedro Hernandez will add a new layer to the already contentious relationship between Gibbs and Director Vance. You'll see Vance's somewhat shocking reaction in the premiere, but executive producer Shane Brennan coyly tells us that it may also give hints to Vance's own mysterious past. "Sometimes when you think something's done, things pop up years later," Brennan says. "You've got that famous moment where the new director moves into his office for the first time and shreds a piece of paper. That's one of those moments."

MICKEY: The presence of werewolves in Bon Temps, er, Mystic Falls makes uncomfortable bedfellows of the brothers Salvatore and Alaric. "What I love about Alaric and Damon is that they are both hopeless romantics blinded by love," Ian Somerhalder tells us. Conveniently, a hottie grad student from Duke will round out their wolf-hunting pack.

ADAM: Unfortunately, there's still nothing official to report, a CBS rep tells us. But if he does come back, he'll be spending plenty of time with the show's replacement for the departing Liz Vassey. Described as a young, smokin'-hot explosive expert, the new CSI tech learned the biz from her dad, a big-time pyrotechnics guy.

How long can House and Cuddy actually be together as a couple? It almost seems antithetical to the character and the show. — Dave T.
MICKEY: Executive producer Katie Jacobs has made it clear that Huddy is not a ratings ploy; she intends to see it through to its logical conclusion. If the snuggly promo photos are any indication, at least initially they'll be aiming for true romance. But House will still be a medical drama and Master Gregory will still be very, very cranky. So for now, wipe those Moonlighting-related thoughts from your mind.

ADAM: Jason George's role on Off the Map, Shonda Rhimes' midseason show, doesn't necessarily mean the end of Bailey's romance, according to Chandra Wilson. Whatever happens, she says the relationship is important for Bailey's growth. "How many of us go through long-term relationships that end and then you have to sit there and figure out what to do now?" Wilson says. "That's her journey. ... It was about that discovery and how it will change her personality."

"We get called to an execution and the guy says he didn't do it, and he didn't do it," Roth says. "The reason he is getting executed is because I was a witness. So he's sentenced to death based on my science and my testimony."
