Pair of Kings
Imagine a world where you could have a twin of another race, date a mermaid, and be a king as a teenager. That's what life is like on Disney's latest action-adventure series Pair of Kings. Starring Doc Shaw (The Suite Life on Deck) and Mitchel Musso (Hannah Montana), Kings will premiere on Disney, then moves over to Disney XD, the company's more male-oriented station. But co-star Kelsey Chow (One Tree Hill) says girls have a reason to tune in as well. "We've got a lot of cute boys and (my character) Mikayla is a good role model for girls," she told TVGuide.com on a recent visit to the set. Remember the TGIF sitcoms of yesteryear? Jason Dolley does, and he's not quite sure what happened to them.
"They were so huge, especially when my parents were growing up — everyone watched TV together," he tells TVGuide.com of such classic Friday-night family comedies as The Brady Bunch and The Partridge Family. "That whole TGIF concept, for whatever reason, is gone now. But I think we will sort of fill that void."

Jonas Brothers
The Disney Channel has picked up second season of Jonas, the comedy series starring Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, the Network announced Monday.
"We couldn't ask for a more collaborative or creative partnership than we have with the Jonas Brothers — and the success of our first season of Jonas speaks for itself," said President of Entertainment Gary Marsh in a statement.
