Kate and Leah Gosselin
Jon & Kate Plus 8 returns Monday from hiatus with brand new, post-split episodes that were handled with "great care and thoughtfulness" in light of Jon and Kate Gosselin's divorce, according to TLC.
"Our approach to the circumstance was simple: to cover the family with great care and thoughtfulness as they dealt with a subject that is all too familiar to many American families today," Eileen O'Neill, TLC president and general manager, said at the Television Critics Association panel Thursday. "We will continue to capture this family's journey in a respectful and sensitive way."

Carrie Ann Inaba
Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba is adding another title to her already lengthy résumé: host. The one-time Fly Girl will team up with Bachelorette host Chris Harrison to anchor TV Guide Network's red carpet coverage, which kicks off at the Emmys on Sept. 20. "I'm excited for the opportunity for the people at home, who know me as this judge on Dancing with the Stars, to see me in a different light on the red carpet," Inaba tells TVGuide.com. "You live once and I believe in taking on opportunities and trying new things." See what else Inaba has to say about her new gig, who she wants to see on Dancing next season and more.
Seth Rogen, Katherine Heigl
Seth Rogen says Katherine Heigl is a hypocrite for labeling their 2007 hit Knocked Up sexist.

In the January 2008 issue of Vanity Fair, Heigl infamously said that she found the Judd Apatow comedy "a little sexist" because it "paints the women as shrews." But Heigl's latest cinematic offering, The Ugly Truth — in which her morning show producer must endure a series of tests about romance by Gerard Butler's chauvinistic correspondent — doesn't put women in a better light, according to Rogen and Apatow.

The Bachelorette, Kiptyn and Reid
Jillian may have made up her mind, but TVGuide.com readers are torn between Bachelorette rejects Kiptyn Locke and Reid Rosenthal.
In a poll that asked users who they thought should be the next Bachelor, Kiptyn and Reid both nabbed 38 percent of the more than 3,000 votes cast. (Interestingly, in a poll launched before the final rose, the majority wanted...

The agreement, which will be presented to a Los Angeles superior court for approval Aug. 3, allows Rowe to visit with the two older children, to whom she gave birth while married to Michael Jackson. The time and frequency of the visits will be determined by a child psychologist hired jointly by Katherine Jackson and Rowe.

You don't have to wait until the next incarnation of The Bachelor to see Chris Harrison on your TV again. The host/matchmaker has paired with Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba to anchor TV Guide Network's red carpet coverage, starting with September's Emmy Awards. "What most people don't know is that this goes back to my true passion — live TV," Harrison, who also hosts Hollywood 411, tells TVGuide.com. "I started there as a local sportscaster in Oklahoma City and that will always be my love. It's kind of what I live for." But how does red-carpet coverage compare to his Bachelor/ette duties? Find out, and see what Harrison has to say about the Bachelorette finale and why a Friend should be the next Bachelor.
Kiptyn and Reid, The Bachelorette
Becoming the runners-up on The Bachelorette made Kiptyn Locke and Reid Rosenthal the most obvious front-runners to be the next Bachelor - but which would you prefer?
Neither one is set on the idea, but neither is ruling it out, either.
"It's something I'd think about," Kiptyn told reporters, while Reid was a little bit more hesitant: "I have been thinking about it and I'm not sure yet."
CNN's Wolf Blitzer
CNN may be losing ground in the battle for cable news ratings, but the network's cross-platform reach is second to none.
That was the message CNN president Jon Klein put forth Wednesday at Turner Broadcasting's three-hour panel during the Television Critics Association press tour, according to TheWrap.com. When factoring in broadband traffic, 117.2 million tune into CNN weekly via one platform or another, according to Nielsen.
When measured by the same criteria, MSNBC is CNN's closest competitor with 99.4 million users each week. Fox News ranks third in cross-platform reach with 98.2 million users, though it still dominates CNN among traditional TV ratings. Even so, Klein said his network ...
