Doctors found a spot on the 69-year-old Joosten's left lung during a recent physical. She was previously diagnosed with the disease in 2001, but went into remission after surgery, without having to have chemotherapy or radiation treatments. Joosten, who is also known...
Look out, Ellen DeGeneres: Adam Shankman is stealing your thunder.
"We're going to have a third resident judge now. Adam Shankman is going to come and join us," So You Think You Can Dance judge Nigel Lythgoe told TVGuide.com.
Shankman, a director (Hairspray, A Walk to Remember), producer (17 Again, Bedtime Stories) and choreographer, has been guest judging on So You Think You Can Dance since season 3. Back in June, Shankman kicked off a Twitter campaign asking fans for support to secure him a permanent spot at the judges' table.
Nigel Lythgoe invites Idol's Paula Abdul to Dance
What does this mean for Paula Abdul's chances of coming on the show?
Anyone else wearing this dress would likely look like Chiquita banana, but Dollhouse star Eliza Dushku is able to pull it off. We love the flirty texture below the waist and the red heels paired with the lemon-yellow frock.

I want to start this blog with a little homage to Patrick Swayze. I know a lot has been written and said since his death Monday afternoon. I will just add this, Point Break, Roadhouse... thanks Patrick.
I wasn't sure how the TVGuide.com blog thing would work, but I love that you can leave your comments below. I agree with those of you that love Jon Cryer and, yes, the duck man will always live on. Jon really is a great guy, and you might be surprised to find that he's a pretty darn good athlete. I did the Malibu Triathlon with him last year, and he whipped my butt.
As for the few of you that took the time to say you don't enjoy red carpet shows, I say this to you...
Big Brother 11
Warning: The following story contains spoilers about the outcome of Big Brother 11.
After a summer of cookie dough-eating, dragonfly-dodging, banana suit-wearing and microphone-destroying fun, America's biggest guilty pleasure reality show has crowned a new winner.
In the season finale of Big Brother 11, southern belle underdog Jordan defeated Kevin to win the final head of household competition to ensure a spot in the finals. Jordan then evicted Kevin, leaving only herself and Natalie to face the jury of evicted houseguests. (Viewers also got to vote as the would-be seventh juror, Chima, was expelled from the game earlier in the season for breaking production rules.)
After deliberating, the jury chose ...

Dancing With The Stars - Season 9 - Cheryl Burke and Tom DeLay
The curse of Dancing with the Stars endures: Former House majority leader Tom DeLay is the first Season 9 contender to be injured in rehearsals.
"Old age is catching up to me, may have a stress fracture in my foot. No worries, it'll take more than that to keep me off the dance floor!" tweeted DeLay early on Tuesday.
But he soon learned...
Adam Rodriguez (CSI: Miami), Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl), Chris O'Donnell (NCIS: Los Angeles)

Since CSI: Miami's Adam Rodriguez is joining Ugly Betty, that cliff-hanger must not have worked out very well for Eric Delko, huh? — Jimmy
ADAM: Oh, ye of little faith, Jimmy. Eric Delko may be wandering around the Florida Everglades, but he's definitely still alive and even has a little more story to tell. "I didn't want to leave it on that note; I felt that would be cheating the fans," Rodriguez tells me. As a result, he'll appear in seven more episodes to give Delko a proper send-off. And for all you Calleighko 'shippers, yes, they will get closure.
As the title of the season finale hinted, will there really be two of everything this season on Fringe? — Matt
MICKEY: We posed this question to Blair Brown, who plays the cybernetic corporate shark Nina Sharp, and she thinks that's pretty much accurate. There are two realities, after all. But here's a question: How can Dr. Bell live over there? Why hasn't he bumped into his other self? We have no idea, but did Brown say too much when she revealed that...
