The Duggar Family
As if Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar didn't have enough birthday presents to worry about: The parents of 18 children are now grandparents.
Anna, wife of the eldest Duggar son, Josh, gave birth to MacKynzie Renee Duggar at home with a midwife. The littlest Duggar is 8 pounds and 19.5 inches long, according to the Today show, who made the announcement on Friday.
Michelle Dugger is due to give birth in the coming months to her nineteenth child.

If you're a little bored with Zac Efron's past movies, you're in good company — it turns out he is, too.
Watching his new movie, Me and Orson Wells, was " the first time I've ever watched a movie [that I'm in] and in the end I'm like 'OK! I didn't check my watch once!" the 21-year-old actor says in the November issue of NYLON Guys magazine.

Pam Beesly and Paris Hilton
Let's face it: TV this week was pretty disgusting. On Heroes, Sylar crawled out of his grave and back from the dead — a development that made us disgusted with the show's writers. A sense of moral outrage accompanied the news that Chase killed an African dictator on House. Paris Hilton made us feel shame for liking her, and then got graphically beheaded on Supernatural. The Office elevated a pregnancy cliché — morning sickness — to high comedy art. South Park made us rethink Mexican cuisine. And Madonna and Lady Gaga made a gross display of themselves on SNL. Welcome to this week's Top Moments: Profound Disgust Edition.
Project Runway designers this week had to reconstruct their divorcee clients' wedding dresses into rewearable looks.
Project Runway Rundown: Something Ruffled, Something Blue
The top designs: Irina's bronze-and-brown lace cocktail dress, Gordana's shredded-chic look and Shirin's embroidered, empire-waisted frock. Gordana took her first win.
At the bottom: Logan's tweed pants paired with a vest, Epperson's kimono and Christopher's '80s prom dress. Epperson got "auf'ed."
Check out Chris March's take on the episode in this week's Runway Rundown video after the jump.
Yasmin Giles, Survivor: Samoa
Donning black high heels and an ear-to-ear grin during the tribal council meeting, Survivor: Samoa's Yasmin Giles seemed less than broken up about getting booted from the island. "Did you see the smile on my face?! It was the happiest day of my life," the 33-year-old hairstylist tells TVGuide.com.
Turns out Giles was ready to...

Though Jon Gosselin said he feared more drama at a birthday party for his twin daughters Madelyn and Cara, he and estranged wife, Kate, managed to call a truce for the evening.
Jon Gosselin: Kate's "trying to prevent" me from seeing twins on birthday
Gosselin saw both of his daughters Thursday night at the family's Pennsylvania home and did not have to cut the visit short as feared he might have to do, according to People. " I'm staying until the kids go to bed," he told the magazine during a break in the festivities. "We're trying to be cordial for Mady and Cara."
Gosselin arrived with ...
