Jay Leno likened himself to a boxer who can take body blows and go the distance in an interview with Broadcasting & Cable, counterpunching criticisms about his ratings and his stranglehold on NBC's 10 o'clock slot on weeknights. He also said he would return to 11:35 p.m. — if asked.

Hope you had a great Halloween! Thanks for your comments again. I'm finding that more and more people are getting educated about dance — not just from me — and I love it.
The Taylor Swift performance last week was fun. I don't know how our outfits translated on-screen, but in reality, we were being laughed at. I love those kinds of costumes though. I did it for Halloween and a few years ago, I went to a friend's birthday party and it was a ...

Jon Gosselin wants his estranged wife Kate to know he apologizes for "openly having relationships in the public eye."
Jon Gosselin meets with rabbi to find "moral anchor"
"That was a huge mistake, because if [Kate] would've done that to me, I would have been extremely pissed off. Not because our relationship is over, it's almost like a stab in the back," Gosselin said at New York City's West Side Jewish Center on Sunday night according to People. "And now that I think about it, it was a very wrong thing to do. I definitely regret it."
Gosselin, 32, who had reportedly broken up with girlfriend Hailey Glassman, 22, said that while the two are not breaking up, they have decided to "just slow things down."
Report: Jon Gosselin splits from Hailey Glassman
"I don't want another failure in my relationships. I don't want to make the same mistakes I made with Kate, with Hailey. I would just be repeating the pattern over again," Gosselin said.

Robert Knepper and Masi , Heroes
Heroes kicks off November sweeps Monday with the reunion of one of the show's most memorable, if tragically separated, couples: Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) and Charlie Andrews (Glee's Jayma Mays).
Check out photos of the Heroes cast
The duo's brief love affair began in Season 1, but was brought a drastic halt when Sylar (Zachary Quinto) split Charlie's skull to steal her power. Hiro later traveled back in time to prevent Charlie's murder, and though he was successful, she eventually died from a blood clot in her brain. Now facing his own death by brain tumor, Hiro has set out to cross Charlie's name off his bucket list by saving her once and for all. So, will the third time be the charm?
"I think Hiro's learned a little bit more about what he can and can't do," Oka tells TVGuide.com. "There's definitely something he knows and there's the people he's met as well. He's tried over and over again to save Charlie, but this time he has different kind of knowledge that definitely will help out."
Derek Hough and Joanna Krupa gave dirty dancing a new meaning with their repetitive head-in-the-crotch move on Dancing with the Stars that left even Tom Bergeron flummoxed. But to hear the Season 7 pro champ tell it, the risqué move was just part of his improvised plan of attack to win the mambo marathon — and they did. Find out what else the 24-year-old has to say about their stellar week, why it would be "mind-blowing" to win and what special performance he has in store for the results show.
When the Greek mid-season finale airs (Mon, 9/8c on ABC Family), viewers will see what transpires after Casey and Cappie finally locked lips in the penultimate episode. Spencer Grammer, who plays Casey, told TVGuide.com that she hoped the kiss was "as rewarding for everyone as we were trying to make it." So what else can we expect down the road for Cappie (Scott Michael Foster), Casey and her ZBZ girls? Grammer tells us what's in store at Cyprus Rhodes, why she doesn't want Casey and Cappie to become a "boring love story," and how a Greek house burns down.
TVGuide.com: Last week's episode ended with Casey and Cappie finally kissing. I can't imagine they'll get off so easily in the finale.
Spencer Grammer: It's difficult because they've rekindled the friendship with Evan and [are] trying to make it OK with everybody [who] they've dated. It's definitely a challenge between them, but I think that they're really good problem-solvers and creative, funny and intelligent, so they can work it out pretty well.
TVGuide.com: And Casey has some other decisions to make in the finale?
Grammer: Casey's got to figure out, does she go with Panhellenic or is Katherine [Gamma Psi member and Panhellenic president] trying to sabotage them? Ultimately you see what she chooses.
TVGuide.com: And what about Casey and Katherine's rivalry during Songfest? (Watch ZBZ's performance here.)
