Real Housewives of New York City cast member Bethenny Frankel is not only engaged, but she's also expecting her first child with fiancé Jason Hoppy.

Frankel, who got engaged Oct. 8, confirmed her pregnancy on Twitter after blogger Perez Hilton first reported the news.
