Hawaii Five-0, Nikita
Despite a relatively lackluster development season, a few shows have struck a chord with audiences: CBS' Hawaii Five-0 has dominated on Monday nights and the CW's Nikita has proven that the network can launch more than shows for young women. Boardwalk Empire's record premiere bodes well for HBO, which already has a hit in its stable with True Blood. On the flip side, Lone Star's early cancellation shocked critics, if not the general viewing public. No such uproar greeted the axings of My Generation, Outlaw and The Whole Truth. For now, everything else seems to be treading water. Here's how we see fall TV's freshman class thus far...
Clark ought to know better than to make Lois aware that he's trying to protect her. But no. His efforts to steer her clear of the Vigilante Registrations Act story results in a declaration from Lois that she can take care of herself. Of course, a flat tire on a lonely stretch of road has her doubting her own words as she finds herself in a dangerous pickle. — Rhoda Charles

Jessica Capshaw and Sara Ramirez
The latest episode of Grey's Anatomy left fans scratching their heads after Callie (Sara Ramirez) announced that she'd be moving with Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) to Africa.
Grey's Anatomy: Are babies in Callie and Arizona's future?
Long before Callie and Arizona became Calzona, Arizona applied for a grant that she only now ended up winning, which means she'll be moving to Africa. Callie was left struggling with whether or not to tell Arizona how she really felt about the trip.
"Callie [was] caught in that thing where you love somebody so much you don't want to tell them the truth," Ramirez tells TVGuide.com. "Callie really...
As a proud Bostonian, Donnie Wahlberg knows he's going to get flak for what he's about to say.
"It's awesome being a New York cop!" the Blue Bloods star tells TVGuide.com. "Everyone at home is going to kill me for this, but New York cops are the best. To work so closely with them and to get to play one, it's a great, great feeling. Nothing is better than walking through the streets of New York. We did a huge scene outside a few weeks ago and there's hundreds of New Yorkers watching. This guy riding ...

As the old saying goes, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Unfortunately for the La Flor tribe on Survivor: Nicaragua, Jane knew how to fish, but didn't feel like feeding anyone but herself. "That was infuriating," tribe mate Jill Behm tells TVGuide.com. "It's pretty hypocritical." After switching from tribes from Espada to La Flor, the older players had little to protect them from the majority. But instead of sticking by her original teammates, Jane left Jill and Marty out to dry and joined forces with the younger players. Jill, a 43-year-old ER doctor, talked to TVGuide.com about Jane's accusations, Marty's big move and her biggest...
Modern Family, The Ellen Show
Our favorite moments of the TV week:
12. Hardest-to-Root-For Good Guy: On Boardwalk Empire, agent Van Alden's creepy crush on Margaret Schroeder takes on a quasi-religious bent this week. As the pious prohibitionist looks longingly at a file photo of Margaret, he flogs himself with a leather belt. A topography of scars on his back reveals that this isn't the first time he's had to punish himself for impure thoughts.
11. Most Recycled Storyline: Kevin and Scotty, Brothers & Sisters' most beloved and functional couple, are dealt a...
