"Sometimes when a case gets resolved, there's always different aspects to consider. It's not always so cut-and-dried," he tells TVGuide.com "There are sometimes conditions that lend themselves to why these things happen. It's interesting when the stories have a little bit of a twist to them."

Last night, Peter's former call-girlfriend popped up again in one of the episode's many high points (the debut of Scott Porter, Lou Dobbs' respectable cameo and Kalinda's dirt on Will among them) as the star of a viral music video that puts Obama Girl to shame. Cooing and gyrating like the straight-up hooker she is, the woman most likely to drive Alicia to break the law is apparently is now using her notoriety to support Peter's bid for state's attorney. She was last seen telling Jack Bauer to "Run!" and now 24's Chloe O'Brian is running to ABC's Modern Family. Mary Lynn Rajskub, who spent six long "days" saving Jack's butt, has been cast on the Emmy-winning sitcom as the old high school girlfriend of then closeted Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson). Apparently Chloe's mastermind mental skills did not include gaydar.

Continuing the trend of mining the Internet for TV ideas, ABC and Sony Pictures are developing a sitcom based on the website and book Awkward Family Photos, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Contractually, the show will work primarily from the book — which was spawned from the site and contains the same content — but it is unclear how the concept will translate into a series.
