The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, creator and owner of the Golden Globe Awards, has filed a lawsuit against Dick Clark Productions, accusing the company of breach of contract, Deadline.com reports.
In the lawsuit, the HFPA writes that Dick Clark Productions — a partner on the Golden Globes telecasts for the last 20 years — secretly signed a six-year extension with NBC to air the awards without consulting the HFPA.
Kelly Osbourne says being called fat broke her heart.
"It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I truly believe it's the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself," the 26-year-old tells Self magazine.

Although much of ABC's Private Practice is serious and somber, star KaDee Strickland says there are tons of levity to come on-screen — and that the cast has plenty of fun off-screen.
"The beauty of what Shonda [Rhimes] creates for us over at Private Practice is that for every terrible thing that happens, somehow we rise," Strickland says.
Top Chef Just Desserts
Contestants on Top Chef have forever been plagued by the dessert course. Somehow, it never works out quite right. Timing was off. Chocolate didn't set. Sorbet didn't freeze fast enough. Why not do a show about chefs who specialize in that kind of confectionary magic? Why not honor the skill it takes to whip up a meal's grand finale? What could go wrong?
And thus, Top Chef: Just Desserts was born.
"Delightful desserts, a delightful cast, we thought it was going to be all laughs and fun, fancy-free all day long," Dan Cutforth, executive producer of the Top Chef franchise, said. Only it was the opposite that came true: "It turned into this crazy war zone."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may have been trying to avoid the dramatic fireworks of Housewives casts past But five episodes in, the ladies of 90210 seemed to have landed on an explosive landmine with the feud between cast mates Kyle Richards and Camille Grammer. For those not up to speed, Grammer accused Richards of saying no one would be interested in her without her husband [actor Kelsey Grammer], while Richards insists she did no such thing. Unfortunately, the cameras weren't around to catch that disputed conversation. "It is so frustrating to me, I can't even tell you," Richards tells TVGuide.com. "I do not know how that turned into [what Camille said]. I will never know." However, the cameras caught plenty of the subsequent drama between the two that continues on Thursday's episode, titled "The Art of War." (Thank you, Sun Tzu, who first used that title in the sixth century B.C.) The 41-year-old mother of four and former child star spoke with TVGuide.com about her clash with Camille and her...
