Top Chef All-Stars Give Their Holiday Cooking Tips

Top Chef

Looking for a way to spice up your holiday feast? Who better to offer cooking advice than the contestants of Top Chef All-Stars. Add an Asian twist to your Turkey Day with Angelo Sosa's Peking Turkey recipe. Or maybe Mike Isabella's 40-minute, deep-fried turkey is more your style. Then there's Carla Hall's sriracha sweet potatoes, which as she says, really pump up the heat and make the dish more savory than sweet. But Dale Talde's is probably the easiest of them all: White Castle Stuffing. "Just chop up the burgers and put them into the bird," he says. "'Cuz that's how I roll."

Check it all out in the video after the jump.

Watercooler: Has Glee Become The St. Kurt Show?

Chris Colfer

OK, we've made no secret of our admiration for Glee's bullying story line and have nothing but love for Chris Colfer. It's an important topic and the kid is like seven layers of fabulous, playing the fear and humiliation of a high-school abuse victim. But between his dad's heart attack and the bullying stuff, it's starting to feel like he's the only student at McKinley worthy of a real story arc this season.

Again, the topic is being handled wonderfully, from the teacher-parent meetings, to the way the guys stepped up to defend him against closet-case Karofsky, to Sue's vow to watch his back. It's just that ... read more

Take one look at Cameron's visiting mother, Barb (Celia Weston), and it's easy to see the apple didn't fall far from the plus-size personality tree. And Mitchell goes out of his way to explain that he's always found her unconditional love and openness touching. Will Callie's hookup with Mark come back to haunt her when Arizona returns on Grey's Anatomy? — Sharlene
NATALIE:
Here's the good news: "Callie and Arizona will be back together soon," executive producer Shonda Rhimes says simply, adding that Arizona will soon show up on Callie's doorstep. "[The breakup] was a way to jump-start the next phase of their storyline." The bad news? Oh wait, this is good news, too! "Mark is her best friend, they slept together before, so it's just recycling. Two people having sex does not necessarily mean that they're in love, or that they're going to be together, or that it means anything."
