Justified: Right on Target

Justified

On Justified, when two hillbilly thugs walk into a room with an ominous-looking bag, you know they're not toting the makings of a picnic. Anything might be inside: explosives, guns, a bear trap. For Timothy Olyphant, who stars on FX's crime drama as the low-key but deadly deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens and is now a producer, the secret to the show's rich yet unhurried storytelling is how it triggers the imagination.

"I think I survived by running away some. Running away to work," he tells the March issue of Esquire. "It's easy enough to plan jobs, to plan a lot of work. That's effective. But that's the weird thing about grief. You can't prepare for it. You think you're ...

Roush Review: Not-So-Great Minds Bleed Alike

Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior

"Normal people don't cut out a person's eyes," says a homicide detective turning to the FBI's "Red Cell" Behavioral Analysis Unit for help at a grisly crime scene. Depends on your definition of normal, because it's business as usual on Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, an uninspired spin-off of the undistinguished (except in its degree of gruesomeness) long-running hit.

The Good Wife: Another Piece of Kalinda's Secret Past and Alicia's Big Question

The Good Wife

Spoiler Alert: The following reveals major plot points of Tuesday night's episode of The Good Wife.

The Good Wife didn't have to step into the courtroom once Tuesday night to provide some major intrigue for viewers.

On the Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) versus Blake (Scott Porter) front, the dueling investigators got as close as they probably ever will to doing the deed. I love Hawaii Five-0, but how long is McGarrett's investigation into his father's case going to last? — Melinda
ADAM:
Not as long as you might think: Co-executive producer Paul Zbyszewski promises that many of the "champ box" mysteries will be solved by season's end, including who or what exactly John McGarrett was investigating and who replaced the stolen money from the evidence locker. "I think fans will be really surprised at how deep we go and how much we learn by the end of the season," Zbyszewski says. "That's not to say that we're not going to continue to explore the McGarrett mythology anymore, because there plenty more to milk in Season 2."
