For once, you don't need to stay up past midnight to see Jimmy Fallon when the Late Night host serves as the guest of honor on tonight's Top Chef All-Stars. To celebrate his 36th birthday, the reality-show fanatic invited his friends and family to a three-hour feast prepared by the eight remaining cheftestants at Manhattan's Colicchio & Sons. "I'm so lucky," says Fallon. "It was really like something where you go, 'Oh, this is crazy — I can't believe this is happening.'" Adds Fallon's mom, Gloria, "His birthday parties as a kid weren't this elaborate. We'd go to McDonald's and play games in the backyard."

Some very significant Wednesday night comings and goings in what has turned out to be an incredibly busy TV week. We welcome back an old sitcom Friend with conflicted emotions, but there's no doubting our enthusiasm for the return of a certain soft-talking, fast-shooting U.S. Marshal, and there's no hiding our sorrow as we bid farewell to a modern classic about small-town Americana and the game of life (also: football).
Ricky Martin, Kristin Chenoweth

Ricky Martin proud to be "a fortunate gay man"

Since 2004, Jeff Fager has been the steward of 60 Minutes, the crown jewel of CBS News that has withstood the fast-changing media information landscape and remained a ratings hit. On Tuesday he was tapped to the new role of chairman of the CBS News at a time when the division has to make some big decisions about the future. The Biz talked to him about his new role and what's ahead.
John Corbett made his Parenthood debut as Amber and Drew's dad, Seth, Tuesday. Although he wasn't exactly welcomed back with open arms by his ex, Sarah (Lauren Graham), his introduction served as a strong first step in what is sure to be a rocky, but riveting, story line.
Sarah has always been a focal point of the NBC drama — her move back to Berkeley to live with her parents kicked off the series, after all — but her story lines have always focused much more heavily on her love life than anything else. While Adam and Kristina were reeling from their son's Asperger's diagnosis, Julia struggled to balance her professional and personal lives and Crosby came to terms with his son, Sarah's family issues (and there are plenty of them!) have always taken a back seat to...

I'm so worked up about this Bones proposal. Please tell me who Booth is going to ask to marry him! — Lisa
ADAM: Where's the fun in that? Executive producer Stephen Nathan summed up the episode in three words: Big. Game. Changer. "We've existed this whole year with Booth and Brennan accepting, admitting and also denying their feelings for each another and with Booth in a very serious relationship with another woman — much to the dismay of a lot of fans," Nathan says with a laugh. "I think the episode will be a satisfying conclusion to this story line and also a great start for the next development that happens in the show emotionally. It will be very difficult and very painful, and David [Boreanaz] really brings that home."
Any chance that Sookie and Alcide will get together this season on True Blood? — Danielle
NATALIE: "Timing is everything and the timing between those two could not have been worse, so we'll see where the time goes in Season 4," Joe Manganiello says. But factor this in: We're hearing that Alcide's loyalties might be...
