Lindsay Lohan Under Investigation for Theft of $2,500 Necklace

Lindsay Lohan is once again under police investigation — this time for the possible theft of a $2,500 necklace.

Detectives obtained a search warrant Tuesday for Lohan's Venice, Calif., home to look for the necklace, but the jewelry was returned before the warrant was executed, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a news release Wednesday. Police did not specify who returned the necklace.

Former Bachelorette winner Jesse Csincsak and his wife, one-time Bachelor contestant Ann Lueders, have welcomed a son.

Noah Theodore was born Wednesday morning via C-section at Colorado's St. Anthony Summit Medical Center, Csincsak tells TooFab. He weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces.
