Rapper DMX was ordered by a judge to spend six months in a Phoenix jail for violating his probation and to undergo a mental-health evaluation, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, admitted in court on Tuesday to violating his probation by failing a drug test last June, reports The Associated Press.
