1 of 39 Michael Desmond/The CW

90210 (CW)

Airs: Monday, May 16 at 8/7c Naomi makes a decision that could prevent her from graduating. Liam confesses to Annie that he doesn't want to go to college. (And why should he? His future is clearly in building custom boats!). An impromptu wedding takes place. Perhaps not coincidentally, Ryan and Debbie make plans to leave Beverly Hills... together. And Adrianna, once again, will get what's coming to her.
2 of 39 Cliff Lipson/CBS

The Big Bang Theory (CBS)

Airs: Thursday, May 19 at 8/7c No, you won't see Howard and Bernadette's wedding. The newly betrothed couple will hit a speed bump on the way to the altar, namely Howard's overbearing mom, who Bernie meets for one hell of a lunch. "[They end up in] the emergency room at one point," Simon Helberg teases. The Penny-Leonard-Priya triangle comes to a head when Penny's true feelings come to light. Plus: Sheldon's getting a new roommate.
3 of 39 John P. Filo/CBS

Blue Bloods (CBS)

Airs: Friday, May 13 at 10/9c Don't worry — the Blue Templar story line won't be dragged out for ages. In fact, the finale contains a "major resolution" to the mystery, Will Estes says. It won't exactly be a cliff-hanger, the revelation will greatly affect the Reagans and will pave the way to new plotlines for (hopefully) the second season.
4 of 39 Richard Foreman/Fox

Bones (Fox)

Airs: Thursday, May 19 at 9/8c Following the grim conclusion of the sniper arc, expect a lighter finale that finds Booth and Brennan going undercover to solve a murder tied to the bowling league of Brennan's father (guest star Ryan O'Neal). Meanwhile, Angela and Hodgins' baby will be born, despite a last-minute doctor switcheroo. And look no further than the episode's title, "The Change in the Game," for possible implications about Booth and Brennan's relationship status. Or as creator Hart Hanson puts it: "I don't think people will feel that there's an anti-climax by the end of the season."
5 of 39 Eric McCandless/ABC

Brothers & Sisters (ABC)

Airs: Sunday, May 8 at 10/9c Luc and Sarah are getting married, but not everyone in attendance sent in an RSVP. A mystery guest will walk Sarah down the aisle, and in typical Walker fashion, a relative pops up that catches the entire family off-guard. Plus: The romantic wedding setting may inspire yet another Walker to contemplate taking the plunge.
6 of 39 Vivian Zink/ABC

Castle (ABC)

Airs: Monday, May 16 at 10/9c A huge bombshell in the investigation into Beckett's mother's murder hits very close to home. Castle and Beckett will come to blows over how willingly she throws herself into the middle of this dangerous case. Just how dangerous is it? A character that's been with the show since the beginning will die.
7 of 39 Peter Sorel/Fox

The Chicago Code (Fox)

Airs: Monday, May 23 at 8/7c For the first time, Superintendent Colvin is torn between her work and actually pursuing a personal life when her maybe-sorta love interest Agent Cuyler (guest star Adam Arkin) returns. Meanwhile, when Wysocki's dad (guest star Chelcie Ross) shows up, he finds himself wrestling with the demons of his family's past, specifically his brother's unsolved murder. The distractions certainly won't help the duo's fight against Aldeman Gibbons, which reaches a fever pitch.

Chuck (NBC)

Airs: Monday, May 16 at 8/7c Chuck and Sarah's trip to the altar gets sidetracked by a dire situation involving everyone — including Jeff and Lester — for a race against the clock. There will be both an intense motorcycle sequence in the desert and an epic confrontation inside Volkoff Industries in Moscow. As if that weren't enough, Chuck will face off with a particularly nefarious CIA cleaner (Richard Burgi, Desperate Housewives).
9 of 39 Lewis Jacobs/NBC

Community (NBC)

Airs: Thursday, May 12 at 8/7c Are you ready for more paintball? Lost's Josh Holloway is! The man formerly known as Sawyer guest-stars as the enigmatic Black Rider, who crosses paths with Annie before saddling up for the Western-inspired redux of last season's action movie riff "Modern Warfare."We watched a lot of Sergio Leone [films] because it's Spaghetti Westerns in particular that I was most fond of," creator Dan Harmon says. "It was very conducive to the situations that spur our paintball apocalypse, which is that everything goes to hell because everybody's out for themselves."
10 of 39 Colleen Hayes/ABC

Cougar Town (ABC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 25 at 9:30/8:30c Bobby's life changes when his Penny Can idea turns surprisingly lucrative. However, the big question for helicopter mommy Jules is: Will Travis propose to Kirsten, who has a job offer in Chicago? If Jules could shrink herself down so she could live in her son's blood no matter where he lives, she would, but unfortunately that's not an option here.
11 of 39 Matt Kennedy/CBS

Criminal Minds (CBS)

Airs: Wednesday, May 18 at 9/8c J.J. is back, but more in a smaller way that sets up A.J. Cook's full-time return next season. Meanwhile, the team calls in an assist from the FBI's foremost authority on sex crimes to investigate a national sex trafficking ring when an agent working undercover goes missing.
12 of 39 Robert Voets/CBS

CSI (CBS)

Airs: Thursday, May 12 at 9/8c Langston's hunt for serial killer Nate Haskell gets personal when Haskell kidnaps Langston's ex-wife Gloria. Langston's obsession forces the rest of the team to decide how far they're willing to go in pursuit of the mad man. And the final showdown between the two men is guaranteed to be bloody. "Haskell and Langston are reflections of each other, at least in Haskell's mind," executive producer Carol Mendelsohn says. "Can either man kill the other and not kill themselves?"
13 of 39 Matt Kennedy/CBS

CSI: Miami (CBS)

Airs: Sunday, May 8 at 10/9c Horatio completes his season-long task by wrangling the last prison escapee, but when the transport plane crash-lands, Horatio and the team quickly learn the fugitive is in control. The team will be aided by an undercover agent (guest star Natasha Henstridge), who, of course, has instant chemistry with Horatio. Expect more of that pairing next season — if Horatio doesn't make a mistake that gets her killed. "In our season opener, Horatio risked everything to save our entire team," co-executive producer Barry O'Brien says. "In the season finale, he puts his very survival on the line to save one. I think that's where the shock will come from."
14 of 39 Monty Brinton/CBS

CSI: NY (CBS)

Airs: Friday, May 13 at 9/8c Perhaps fully aware of the show's place on the bubble, the producers crafted a season finale that would offer closure if the show is canceled. "In the very first season, we mentioned that there's a stack of folders on Mac's desk, [cases] that he was passionate about," executive producer Pam Veasey says. "In this last episode, he picks up the very last one." That cold case, involving a kidnapped girl, heats up again after Mac faces a near-death experience.
15 of 39 Ron Tom/ABC

Desperate Housewives (ABC)

Airs: Sunday, May 15 at 9/8c When Paul Young is poisoned, Felicia and Susan are the two prime suspects, until Felicia turns the spotlight on another Wisteria Lane neighbor. Bree's romantic relationship with a local cop heats up fast, but she questions his motives. Meanwhile, things will cool down considerably for Lynette and newly workaholic Tom, who hit a rough patch in their marriage. And, because this is Wisteria Lane, a presumed-dead relative will pop by!
16 of 39 Jordin Althaus/NBC

The Event (NBC)

Airs: Monday, May 23 at 9/8c As more sleepers are revealed, Sophia's two-part plan — to bring her people to Earth and then to change Earth to accommodate them — will culminate in Sean, Vicky, Sterling, Simon and President Martinez working together to stop her. Their efforts will be tempered by tragedy, as the secret of Sophia's people becomes an international issue.
17 of 39 Liane Hentscher/Fox

Fringe (Fox)

Airs: Friday, May 6 at 9/8c Will it be "over here" or "over there" for the win? The battle of the universes is upon us, and it won't be without its casualties. Get out the ashes and sackcloth, folks. A beloved team member is going to that giant sensory-deprivation tank in the sky.
18 of 39 Beth Dubber/Fox

Glee (Fox)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 8/7c What won't happen? Before the kids fly off to New York for Nationals — sorry, we can't spoil that outcome! — Sam's secret (yes, Sam's secret) is revealed, prom happens and Rachel's spy-ex Jesse St. James becomes a New Directions ally? Yeah, we're still suspicious of him too. Also: Someone (human) will die.
19 of 39 John Paul Filo/CBS

The Good Wife (CBS)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 10/9c Now that Alicia knows that Peter and Kalinda have a salacious past, things are about to get really awkward between the good wife and her once-bad husband. The tumultuous fallout will also lead Kalinda to consider leaving Lockhart/Gardner for good. Don't even think about it, CBS!
20 of 39 Givoanni Rufino/The CW

Gossip Girl (CW)

Airs: Monday, May 16 at 9/8c What's a Gossip Girl finale without a wedding, a proposal or a startling revelation? We can definitely promise at least two of those this year. With Blair caught in an unusual love square, we know one of the guys has a ring and one gets down on one knee. But who? And does she accept?
21 of 39 Richard Cartwright/ABC

Grey's Anatomy (ABC)

Airs: Thursday, May 19 at 9/8c Don't expect any crazed gunmen or exploding ferries in this year's Grey's Anatomy finale. Meredith's dishonesty in the clinical trial will come to light, Cristina will have to choose between her career and her relationship, Owen will pick a chief resident, and Teddy will make a surprising decision.
22 of 39 Mario Perez/CBS

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS)

Airs: Monday, May 16 at 10/9c Look for McGarrett to finally get some closure related to his father's death. "I think fans will be really surprised at how deep we go and how much they'll learn by the end of the season," co-executive producer Paul Zbyszewski says. "There's definitely more stuff to milk in Season 2, but some of those 'Champ Box' mysteries, we will be wrapping those up at seasons end." That, of course means more Wo Fat, who brings a full-on assault against the team, which can no longer count on the governor for protection.
23 of 39 Sergei Bachlakov/The CW

Hellcats (CW)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 9/8c Although the finale takes the squad to Nationals, it won't be all rah-rah-sis-boom-bah. Star Aly Michalka, whose Marti finally meets her long-lost father, says there's a huge cliff-hanger that not only shocks the audience, but will end the season on a bit of a downer. "It turns you on your head," she says. Fans of the Michalka-penned theme song will also be happy to know that the full-length tune will be played during the Hellcats dance at the competition.
24 of 39 Adam Taylor/Fox

House (Fox)

Airs: Monday, Mary 23 at 8/7c The team treats a well-known performance artist (guest star Shohreh Aghdashloo) whose symptoms appear to be self-inflicted, making the doctors wonder if they are participating in the creation of her next work of art. As for former lovers House and Cuddy, could they finally be "moving on" as the episode's title implies? "As much as I'd love to see them together and I know the audience would love to see them together, House just isn't designed for comfort," creator David Shore says. "He isn't designed for happiness. It's not really in his nature, so it's going to be difficult."
25 of 39 Ron P. Jaffe/CBS

How I Met Your Mother (CBS)

Airs: Monday, May 16 at 8/7c It's the wedding eight months in the making — in real time, at least. "I can't say whose wedding it is, but... we're going to find something out about that wedding that [sets into motion] the events of Season 7 and explains how Ted ends up meeting the mother," creator and executive producer Carter Bays says. "The cliff-hanger is a pretty big one." The married couple-to-be will be revealed, but the buildup to the actual wedding itself will unravel over next season. So make your best guesses for the bride and groom now. (P.S. Nora will return in the finale.)
26 of 39 Will Hart/NBC

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC)

Airs Tuesday, May 18 at 10/9c When Benson and Stabler investigate the murder of a key witness in a rape trial, they tick off some very ballsy bad guys, who shoot up the precinct house in response. Brace yourself for many deaths.
27 of 39 Adam Taylor/Warner Bros.

The Mentalist (CBS)

Airs: Thursday, May 19 at 9/8c There's nothing like a brutal murder case to ruin the impending nuptials of Van Pelt and her FBI agent groom (guest star Eric Winter). And it wouldn't be The Mentalist if the person responsible for the bloodshed isn't (or isn't connected to) Red John, with whom Jane will finally come face-to-face after the CBI mole is revealed.
28 of 39 Jordan Althaus/ABC

Modern Family (ABC)

Airs: Wednesday, May 25 at 9/8c It's Jay's birthday, and he wants nothing more than to spend a quiet day on the lake fishing. But his family, well, they of course have other plans. Their frenzied attempts to plan an overblown celebration will not end well.
29 of 39 Sonja Flemming/CBS

NCIS (CBS)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 8/7c In addition to returning familiar faces Mike Franks (Muse Watson) and Trent Kort (David Dayan Fisher), Gibbs & Co. will call on a former sailor (guest star Kerr Smith) to break the Port-to-Port Killer case wide open. Viewers would be wise to expect death. "Whenever you have a serial killer, someone's going down," Pauley Perrette teases. Expect the loss (losses?) to rattle Gibbs, as we hear the finale will introduce a new administrative type in the NCIS office.
30 of 39 Monty Brinton/CBS

NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 9/8c Is a cast shakeup on the horizon? Claire Forlani joins the show for a three-episode arc as Lauren Hunter, the team's new operations manager. What does that mean for current boss Hetty? We probably will be guessing all summer long, as we hear the cliff-hanger involves both ladies.
31 of 39 Ben Mark Holzberg/The CW

Nikita (CW)

Airs: Thursday, May 12 at 9/8c We'll see the consequences of each of the major characters' actions in this explosive finale. Division won't fall, but Division as we know it will change in a big way. Somewhere among all this shifting, Michael will be off with Birkhoff, Alex and Nikita will visit a cemetery and at least one of Division's finest will get hurt. Also: Alberta Watson (who played Section One's master manipulator Madeline on La Femme Nikita) will drop by Division for a meetup with Alex, Amanda and Percy.
32 of 39 Chris Haston/NBC

The Office (NBC)

Airs Monday, May 19 at 9/8c Steve Carell’s departure from the show may seem like the end, but once Michael Scott bids his final adieu, Dunder Mifflin will need to find his replacement. A cavalcade of funny people — Will Arnett, Ray Romano, James Spader, Catherine Tate, Ricky Gervais and Jim Carrey — will all be in the house. You might as well just pre-emptively split your side now.
33 of 39 Fred Norris/The CW

One Tree Hill (CW)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 8/7c Although the series has yet to be renewed for a ninth season, with stars Bethenny Joy Galeotti, Sophia Bush and Austin Nichols recently signing on to return, it seems likely. (But you can be sure that creator Mark Schwahn has an alternate ending in the can just in case.) That said, whether it’s a season or series finale, you'll get some future intel when the show flashes-forward yet again.
34 of 39 Paul Drinkwater/NBC

Parks and Recreation (NBC)

Airs: Thursday, May 19 at 9:30/8:30c Leslie has resisted her feelings for Ben this long! Will she cave in the season finale? More importantly, why is Ben meeting up with Leslie's mom? Meanwhile, Chris is making some changes to the Parks Department that won't sit well with everyone... or anyone. But especially Tom. And then, brace yourselves, death will claim one of Pawnee's most beloved.
35 of 39 Randy Holmes/ABC

Private Practice (ABC)

Airs: Thursday, May 19 at 10/9c The doctors at Oceanside Wellness will say goodbye to Naomi (Audra Macdonald) and hello to new series regular Benjamin Bratt, whose character will kick off a new chapter in Addison's love life.
36 of 39 Ray Mickshaw/FOX

Raising Hope (Fox)

Airs: Tuesday, May 17 at 9/8c The freshman comedy's season ends with a hilarious flash back to Jimmy's 18th birthday five years earlier. Jimmy wears goth makeup and loathes his parents, who are still mooching off a much more "together" Maw Maw. And Jimmy is the object of affection for a grocery store employee named Sabrina. My, how time changes things!
37 of 39 David Gray/The CW

Smallville (CW)

Airs: Friday, May 13 at 8/7c It's the moment 10 years in the making: Clark Kent will become Superman, but will he fly? "Literally the journey isn't over until the very last step," executive producer Kelly Souders says. The series finale purports to show us Lois and Clark's wedding, but will the pair actually say "I do"? Plus: Michael Rosenbaum returns as Lex Luthor.
38 of 39 Jack Rowand/The CW

Supernatural (CW)

Airs: Friday, May 20 at 8/7c There are two distinct episodes in this two-hour fire-and-brimstone buffet event. For the appetizer, "Let It Bleed," Dean faces his worst nightmare when Lisa and Ben are unexpectedly abducted. In the main course finale, "The Man Who Knew Too Much," the war in Heaven comes to a head. Castiel faces off with Raphael and the walls holding back Sam's memories of Hell crumble. Someone (human? angel? demon?) will die and someone will be transformed. Prepare to gasp, possibly cry and write angry forum entries. Oh, and sorry, John Winchester won't show his face for the finale.
39 of 39 Bob Mahoney/The CW

The Vampire Diaries (CW)

Airs: Thursday, May 12 at 9/8c It's a full moon and the folks in Mystic Falls are watching a screening of Gone With the Wind — the perfect backdrop for a good old-fashioned sacrifice ritual. The finale, appropriately titled "As I Lay Dying," is rumored to feature multiple deaths. Stefan will pay a terrible personal price for his attempt to prevent a tragedy, while Damon is either planning to hurt Elena or kiss her, depending on how you interpret this recently released photo from the episode.
