FBI Special Agent Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney), The Mentalist It's no wonder Jane's been slowly falling head over heels for Lisbon over the past several years — even if it took him a while to realize it. She's smart, savvy, confident, and can rock an evening gown (as evidenced by the Season 6 finale, in which Jane finally came to his senses) just as well as a pantsuit.

Jo worked hard to become one of the youngest officers in the NYPD, but don't let her tough attitude fool you. She's one of the few people on the force with an open enough mind to trust Henry's deductive talents and is even quick enough to keep up with his wit!

Although we're sucked in by those expressive, pain-filled doe eyes, we're even more excited by the steel behind them. The tough lady has a soft heart, but that makes her all the more ruthless when it comes to matters close to home. We admit we got a wee bit turned on when she finally confronted her lying, fake husband and broke his thumb during an interrogation. We want this passionate lady on our side!

Next to the strict, no-nonsense Capt. Holt, Rosa is the most intimidating and mysterious member of the team, which also makes her one of the most intriguing. While some might find her anger management issues and complete distaste for smiling off-putting, plenty of others love a tough girl — and they don't get much tougher than Rosa. Although she may be a little icy at first, her co-workers can attest to her deep loyalty and, under those badassleather jackets, a kind person.

Aside from the fact that Bush's husky voice adds sex appeal to any conversation, there's nothing hotter than a woman in charge who's not afraid of being a badass. Lindsay's tough exterior might earn her points when fighting Chicago's worst criminals, but the detective's heart, compassion and loyalty is what viewers are really drawn to.

Supervisory Special Agent JJ Jareau (A.J. Cook), Criminal Minds JJ started out as the BAU's quiet, unassuming media liaison and default den mother, but after a stint at the State Department, she returned a badass babe. No unsub is a match for her roundhouse kick!

Despite her stiff and conservative pantsuits, Amy is a naturally beautiful woman who doesn't seem to know just how attractive she is. Sure, she has admirers, including Det. Jake Peralta, but Santiago is far too busy sucking up to Capt. Holt to really notice. However, her competitive edge comes from a good place — she grew up with seven brothers — which means she's not afraid to get a little rowdy and smack-talk with the best of them.

Beth Davis, the fearless, no-nonsense lieutenant who anchors CBS' Stalker, doesn't hold back when she's kicking ass and taking names — but underneath her tough, jaded exterior is a vulnerable person who's haunted by her past. In the hands of Nikita alum Maggie Q, Beth plays her cards close to the vest and makes us want to learn more about her character.

Though she may not have the chemistry with Tony that Ziva did, NCIS' newest agent is more than easy on the eyes — she's also brilliant to boot. Bishop's photographic memory is both alluring and intimidating, and she's also charming (in a quirky girl next door, socially awkward kind of way).

With her runway-ready looks, it's no mystery why Beckett is Castle's muse. But she's so much more than a pretty face. Beckett's vulnerability about her mother's murder complements her no-nonsense attitude. And now that she's got her man, we love seeing her let her hair down even more!

Even Auggie thinks Annie is hot, and he's blind! But it takes real skills to play the spy game without her closest loved ones finding out. Plus: She can say "that's hot" in 10 languages.

Kono's got enough skills to hang with the boys, but they definitely cannot hang (ten) with her perfect surfer bod. Just be sure to never crowd her wave or you'll be on the receiving end of a deadly right hook.

Benson blends empathy and toughness so perfectly that it's never difficult to buy her collaring baddies one minute and being heartbroken over losing guardianship of a suspect's son the next. Now that she's had some sparks in her love life, we hope to see even more flames next.

Jane Rizzoli may not have Maura Isle's schmancy designer wardrobe, but it's not like she needs it. The ultimate crime-fighting tomboy is all about taking names — namely Charles Hoyt's — in whatever fits. However, can you really dress down Harmon's smokin'-hot looks? Or buy that Jane was "Roly-Poly Rizzoli" back in the day?

The Portuguese beauty packs some serious heat (figuratively and literally), but she's really a geek at heart, collecting jelly bracelets and comic books, just like Deeks. A match made in heaven?
