Matthew Morrison (Will Schuester)

Morrison recently debuted the first single, "Summer Rain". from his upcoming debut solo alum – he previously recorded with the boy band LMNT -- which comes out May 10. He'll go on a world tour this summer.

Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson)

Monteith is the drummer for Bonnie Dune, a rock band he joined in 2010. He'll also appear in the upcoming romantic comedy Monte Carlo, starring Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy, and the drama Sisters & Brothers opposite Dustin Milligan.

Lea Michele (Rachel Berry)

The former Broadway star lent her voice to the upcoming animated film Dorothy of Oz, in which she plays the title character. She will also appear in the upcoming New Year's Eve, Garry Marshall's quasi-sequel to Valentine's Day.

Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummel)

Colfer, who is 20, wrote and will star in the film Struck by Lightning, a coming-of-age comedy set to be directed by David Permut.

Dianna Agron (Quinn Fabray)

Agron just starred in the sci-fi thriller I Am Number Four, opposite former boyfriend Alex Pettyfer. She also appeared in the independent film The Hunters and Burlesque.

Mark Salling (Noah Puckerman)

In October 2010, Salling released his first solo album, "Pipe Dreams," which is a mix of rock and jazz inspired by Alice in Chains, Nine Inch Nails, Miles Davis, and Herbie Hancock.

Harry Shum Jr. (Mike Chang)

Shum is active in The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, a web series that cast dancers as heroes and villains based on their unique moves. In 2010 he reprised his role as Cable in Step Up 3-D.

Darren Criss (Blaine Anderson)

Criss released Human, a self-produced EP in 2010 and wrote the musical Starship. Before Glee, Criss wrote the songs for and starred as Harry Potter in the popular Web series A Very Potter Sequel, a sequel to Harry Potter imagined by a Chicago-based theater troupe Team StarKid.

Heather Morris (Brittany S. Pearce)

Besides starring in the Funny or Die video "Nuthin' But a Glee Thang," a parody of Dr. Dre's "Nuthin' But a 'G' Thang," she was named the Celebrity Style Ambassador for FLIRT! Cosmetics, an Estee Lauder cosmetics line.

Overstreet will star in the upcoming drama A Warrior's Heart, about a hot shot Lacross player who's Marine father dies in battle, opposite Twilight stars Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene.
