Samantha Harris: "I think it's important to make sure that what's going into your body is doing it some good. I like to make sure I'm getting some choice of lean proteins: chicken, turkey, fish and sushi. The big thing is keeping your metabolism up through the day, so I try to eat an hour within waking up. I try to have something that has a balance of protein, carbs and a little bit of fat — every three to four hours. It doesn't always work, but I try!"

Patricia Arquette: "I realized for a long time I wasn't going to the doctor and getting regular checkups. I did have high cholesterol and so I've started eating oatmeal, drinking more water and cutting out fried foods. Just a few simple, painless changes in your life can make a huge difference."

Jane Kaczmarek: "I do Pilates. I know it's cliche, but it is the greatest workout. I'm the kind of person where if I could get through the day without lifting a finger, I consider it a good day!"

Amanda Beard: "Besides working out constantly, I try to eat as healthy as possible. As long as you combine those two things, get regular check-ups and live your life and have fun, hopefully you won't have any issues down the way."

Bobbi Brown: "I'm pretty much a health fanatic. I eat no white flour, I eat only whole grains, I never eat anything fried, I drink lots of water and I exercise five or six days a week. My diet consists of mostly vegetables, lean proteins and healthy carbs. And I have a really good cappuccino first thing in the morning that I make myself!"

Vivica A. Fox: "You have to watch what you eat — my diet is low-carb, low-sugar and I drink lots of water. And I have a personal trainer I work out with who comes to my house three to five times a week. I do lots of cardio and light weights because I try to keep it slim — and lots of squats. I got to keep my booty tight and right!"

Kristi Yamaguchi: "Overall, it's about awareness of your lifestyle. I try to stay active, obviously, but also eating right and getting enough fiber. I have two young daughters, so I'm trying to set a good example for them and have healthy foods in the house like fresh fruits and vegetables."
