As we near the release of Brothers, we decided to take a look at some of the best-known groups of Hollywood bros. While sometimes the family and work lines cross, one thing's for sure: These families have a whole lot of talent.

While oldest bro Alec, an Oscar nominee and two-time Emmy winner, is arguably the best known and most successful of the Baldwin bros, his younger siblings haven't done too shabby themselves. William counts Backdraft and Dirty Sexy Money in his credits. And even though Daniel's got Homicide: Life on the Street under his belt and Stephen broke through in The Usual Suspects, they both have become pretty popular in the reality TV realm. Off-screen, the quartet bands together for their mother's charity, the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund.

Jeff became a cult icon behind his performance of The Dude in The Big Lebowski. More recently he jumped back into the limelight as the super villain of the monster hit, Iron Man. Brother Beau is best known for his eyebrows, as well as his extensive small-screen work, including roles in Stargate: SG-1 and Desperate Housewives.

This band of funnymen got their start on In Living Color, which was created and producer by Keenan and Damon, and regularly featured Shawn and Marlon. While Damon moved on to ABC sitcom My Wife and Kids and Keenan has stayed mostly behind the camera (Scary Movie, Dance Flick, the younger two found success with big-screen hits like White Girls and their own TV show, The Wayans Bros.

The Wilsons shot to fame in 1996 with Bottle Rocket, Wes Anderson's directorial debut starring Luke and Owen (who co-wrote the screenplay with Anderson) and produced by Andrew, who continues to pop up in his younger bros' flicks.

Leave it to big bro Ben to hook up Casey with two roles in the infancy of his career: in Chasing Amy and Good Will Hunting, written by Ben and buddy Matt Damon. The Afflecks shared the screen once again in 200 Cigarettes before Ben decided it was time to boss little bro around, directing Casey in 2007's Gone Baby Gone.

There's a part of us that wishes, every now and then, that original member Mark didn't quit New Kids on the Block — but then we remember we wouldn't have been treated to the awesomeness that was Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. Both Boston boys have since launched successful acting careers, so is it too much to ask for them to finally collaborate?

Nick, Joe and Kevin are still sweeping the nation with their chart-topping songs, tight pants, and luscious locks. Their "Burning Up" tour grossed $41 million, and with their fourth album going gold and Camp Rock 2 debuting summer 2010, these brothers show no signs of slowing down.

Chad may be sometimes overshadowed by his older brother, but he's turned in quite a body of work while keeping a low profile. He won an Emmy for Life Goes On, and has held recurring roles on ER, Melrose Place and 24. Of course, between Rob's Brat Pack success and regular roles on The West Wing and Brothers & Sisters, his career is pretty solid as well.

Already named as two of our hottest young stars to watch, the Sprouse brothers have built a name for themselves as twin tween sensations in their Disney Channel hit The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. Dylan and Cole have built a brand that includes DVDs, CDs, clothing, video games and even deodorants. Hmmm, sounds like another pair of famous twins we know.

OK, so they're not brothers, but you could almost believe it, right? The chemistry between these two funnymen led to huge success in Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and Step Brothers.
