Louis-Dreyfus joined SNL in 1982 at age 21, becoming the show's youngest female cast member in history (Abby Elliot would later tie her when she joined in 2008). The actress, whose future husband Brad Hall also joined the sketch series in 1982, met writer and future Seinfeld co-creator Larry David on the show. In 2006, she became the first former female cast member to return to host.

What Seinfeld curse? Louis-Dreyfus won an Emmy for her work on the now-defunct CBS sitcom in 2006 — 10 years after her first Emmy win for Seinfeld. "I'm not somebody who really believes in curses, but curse this, baby!" she said in her speech.

Curb Your Enthusiasm
Louis-Dreyfus played a fictional version of herself trying to break the Seinfeld curse in 2000 before returning for the much-anticipated Seinfeld reunion episode in 2009 with Jerry Seinfeld, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards.
