Scott MacIntyre (tie)

Scott turned in another decent performance singing "Wild Angels" — though the arrangement is really what made it great. However, his less-than-thrilling song choices have landed him in last place with our readers. For the latest on American Idol, tune into TV Guide Network's Idol Tonight every Wednesday at 8 pm/ET and Idol Wrap every Friday at 8 pm/ET with co-hosts Kimberly Caldwell and Justin Guarini. Michael Sarver (tie)

Though Michael performed the crowd-pleasing, "Ain't Going Down ('Til the Sun Comes Up)," Simon said he couldn't understand a word he sang. Perhaps our audience agrees because Michael tied with Scott for last place in our poll.

Megan Joy

Megan sang a clunky version of "Walkin' After Midnight," and the judges cut a lot of slack due to illness. But our voters were a bit harder on the blonde beauty, placing her near the bottom of our poll.

Lil Rounds

The usually confident and powerful Lil Rounds seemed a bit out of her element during country week. The judges didn't love her version of Martina McBride's "Independence Day," but they still feel that Lil has a lot to offer the competition. Can she move up a few notches this week by picking the right Motown song?

Allison Iraheta

Should we be worried for the lovely ladies of Seaon 8 if Allison is the highest ranking woman and she's only made it to the middle of our poll? Even though she looked great and Randy thought her version of "Blame It on Your Heart" was "dope," our readers still haven't connected with her.

Anoop Desai

Anoop listened to the judges' criticism last week and picked a much better song: "You Were Always on My Mind." He showed Simon & Co. that he really does deserve to be in the Top 10, but he still has some work to do with our voters if he wants to move past the middle of the pack.

Kris Allen

Kris took a risk this week by singing "To Make You Feel My Love" sans his trusty guitar, and that risk paid off big time. Simon even admitted that for the first time he thinks Kris could do really well this season.

Matt Giraud

Matt continued to impress the judges last week with his unique take on Carrie Underwood's "So Small." He also gained enough mojo with our readers, busting into the Top 3.
9 of 10 Ray Mickshaw/Fox

Adam Lambert

Adam struggled with the country music genre, and ended up performing a baffling version of Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire." The judges weren't crazy about it and neither were you — Adam slipped from the top spot for the first time this season.

Danny Gokey

Though Simon "hated" Danny's white jacket, Paula looked past his wardrobe and said she thought Carrie Underwood would love his version of "Jesus Take the Wheel." Either way, Danny is flying high in our poll, landing in our No. 1 spot. Can he hang on to his lead after Motown week?
