September 14, 2008 (Highlight Show)

What would this highlight episode have in store? That was my question before this episode of BB started. Would the highlights match-up with what I felt were highlights? Would the new clips entertain me? Would anything be funnier than Jerry falling in the pool? I doubt it, but let's find out.

The episode began with - shocker - another lengthy recap of the past episode and then a celebratory dinner for the final two: Memphis and Dan. They basically patted themselves on the back for being Will & Boogie wannabes and making it that far. I only say that because I've seen people on various BB sites referencing them and comparing the Renegades to BB's most well-known duo. If we were to compare them - who would be Will and who would be Boogie? Dan was most Will-like during the season but I wouldn't dare put Memphis in the Boogie category. That's probably worse than calling him a womanizer...

Speaking of that very hostile moment, here are some other moments that made it to the highlight reel:

" April's boobs are real! April asked Jerry to feel her boobs to prove they were real. This only served as a reminder to me that April was a real piece of work.

" Jerry rapped! He also tried to dance like what he thought a rap person would dance like. This was pretty comical.

" Operation Buh-Bye Brian. This was only on Day 5 but I must say it was a very pivotal moment of the game. If Brian played better in the beginning and stayed, this season would have been different. Also, Renny would have been gone and that would have been sad because I really enjoyed her. We then got a replay of Brian's sock puppet theater. I forgot how hilarious that was. Ollie's puppet was just a black sock and April's had two big boobs. So wrong. So funny.

" Renny can't open the door. This sole moment of idiocy on Day 1 gave us the first face-off between Jesse and Renny. The animosity between those two never faded.

" Renny the comedian. We saw an entertaining clip of Renny impersonating all the houseguests. Not only was it funny, Memphis said it showed how observant she was and how that helped her in the game. Then we saw Dan come out in one of Renny's feather boa get-ups and it was very hilarious. I was glad they replayed the time zone debate. She got so mad at Dan and he was right the whole time. Ah, Zany Renny.

" Dan teased Keesha...all the time. Ok, until I saw this clip I didn't realize the flirty relationship these two had. Dan smashed food in her face, scared her and disturbed her in the shower. Now I get why he gave her a duck with the word "hot" on it before she left the house. He totally dug her. I bet his girlfriend sent the Taken t-shirt as a reminder to him because she was watching this on the feeds. All will be forgotten if he takes home the $500,000 I'm sure!

" Jesse stirs the pot. Jesse tried to save himself from eviction by causing a fight between April, Keesha and Libra just before they sang a pathetic Happy Birthday to Keesha. That may have been the most awkward moment in the house.

" Variety Hour. A mock late night talk show, complete with costumes from Renny, was a great distraction from the boredom for the houseguests and a load of laughs for us. Memphis as a gay stylist: priceless.

" Swim Club. Dan attempted to teach both Ollie and Renny how to swim. It looked like they both learned something, so that was nice.

" Michelle "avenges" Jesse. This was when I started disliking Michelle. Libra and Keesha went against their word and voted out Jesse (smart move) and right after that Michelle won HOH and went around like a jerk rubbing it in their faces. There was also a great moment when April and Libra got in each other's faces. I think April is slime but I have to hand it to her for that because Libra was not only bigger but extremely intimidating.

The Jury Prize: I encourage you all to vote for who you want to win. However, before you do lend me your ear. America's Choice has served us fans well in the past. I've always seen it as a way for us fans to send a message to the houseguests to clue them in on what we were thinking. Classic Example: Janelle won every AC because America despised the Friendship and we wanted them to know we were on her side. They finally got the message when Janelle won a phone call from Mike (a previous houseguest she kissed) and a weepy Friendship realized that if America didn't want them to talk to their families that we must be pretty mad. That being said, although I think Renny should win the prize I am going to ask you all to vote for Keesha. Not because she deserves it, but because this would really send April (and possibly even Michelle) through the roof. It's merely a suggestion and I know it is spiteful, but it's also fun and that's what matters!

Forget the jury prize. Who will win the grand prize? Share your predictions and your thoughts on the highlight show below. What were your favorite moments? Don't forget to check back here Tuesday for the finale and for a joint recap from Adam and I about the winner, the season, and the rumors that BB11 will be this winter. See you then! - Krista
