Episode Synopsis: In the series premiere, Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies), a politician's wife, resumes her career as a defense attorney after her husband is jailed for corruption. Her first case is the retrial of a woman accused of murdering her spouse. The first trial ended with the jury deadlocked.
