This six-part documentary series about life inside Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore opens with the story of a doctor who entered the U.S. illegally in the 1980s and is now one of the country's elite brain surgeons. Also: A heart surgeon discusses the demands of his job and its effect on his marriage.
