Ripley runs into a financial roadblock that threatens to derail his plans to open a casino when a business partner suddenly pulls out. The situation becomes even more dire when the partner is found murdered in Ripley's office. Ripley then turns to his nemesis and rival, casino owner Nicky Fontana (Hugh Jackman), for help.
