Meanwhile, Sam questions his ability to keep Oceanside Wellness afloat; Pete's firefighter patient (Ernie Hudson) suffers an unusual form of post-traumatic stress disorder; and Violet is threatened by a patient's son. Premise: A 'Grey's Anatomy' spin-off focusing on neonatal surgeon Addison Forbes Montgomery, who has left Seattle Grace and moved to L.A., where she practices at the upscale Oceanside Wellness Clinic. Colleagues include her divorced medical-school friends Naomi and Sam Bennett, as well as pediatrician Cooper Freedman, psychiatrist Violet Turner and Dr. Pete Wilder, who specializes in alternative medicine.
