Episode Synopsis: The second season concludes with choices facing both Naomi (to leave Oceanside Wellness or stay) and Violet (Pete or Sheldon). Violet must also deal with a grieving patient. Meanwhile, Morgan (Amanda Detmer) goes into labor as Addison sorts out her feelings for Noah (Josh Hamilton); and Dell worries about his daughter when doped-up ex-girlfriend Heather returns to town. Premise: A 'Grey's Anatomy' spin-off focusing on neonatal surgeon Addison Forbes Montgomery, who has left Seattle Grace and moved to L.A., where she practices at the upscale Oceanside Wellness Clinic. Colleagues include her divorced medical-school friends Naomi and Sam Bennett, as well as pediatrician Cooper Freedman, psychiatrist Violet Turner and Dr. Pete Wilder, who specializes in alternative medicine.
