Episode Synopsis: Naomi and Archer (Grant Show) grow closer as a couple, but Addison suspects that her brother is still a bachelor at heart. Meanwhile, a baby is born with both male and female sex organs, leading to a heated debate about gender-reassignment surgery among Dell, Addison and Naomi; and Violet and Sheldon settle some of their own issues when they lead a couples-therapy group. Premise: A 'Grey's Anatomy' spin-off focusing on neonatal surgeon Addison Forbes Montgomery, who has left Seattle Grace and moved to L.A., where she practices at the upscale Oceanside Wellness Clinic. Colleagues include her divorced medical-school friends Naomi and Sam Bennett, as well as pediatrician Cooper Freedman, psychiatrist Violet Turner and Dr. Pete Wilder, who specializes in alternative medicine.
