Debut: An L.A. police officer moves his family from the suburbs to the inner-city neighborhood where he grew up. In the opener, the Suttons have trouble adjusting to their new surroundings as Tay deals with bullies at school who steal his lunch money, and Eddie gets the cold shoulder from a local thug.
