In the first hour, Jackie escorts her trainers to a Palm Springs retreat, where she puts them through high-intensity workout sessions in hopes that they will bond. But tension mounts between territorial Brian and newbie trainer Jesse, who must later endure an initiation hazing. Back at Sky, actor Alex Quinn (son of Anthony) arrives for a workout.
